A complex of luxury apartments being built in the heart of Gdańsk on the Granary Island, just 250 m from the Old Town. The historic surroundings obliged the authors to design a building that will combine modern architecture with the rich history of this part of the city. The concept took care of such details as: historic parcel divisions, roof shapes and the characteristic form of the many granaries once found here.

Verano Residence is a new apartment with a unique character, perfectly composed with the coastal landscape of the Baltic Sea. Right next to the beach, in the prestigious part of Jurata, a total of 11 luxury 1, 2 and 3-room apartments with a total area of 31.4 m² to 59.2 m² were built. The intimate building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor for parking spaces in the garage and a sauna.
